Mentions receiving the addressee's letter; Tuti Khanum (wife of Khazim Khan)'s claim on her paternal inheritance, acting on it, and accusing Aqa Sayyid Hasan the Friday prayer-leader of seizing her shares; Tuti Khanum's daughter (wife of Haydar ‘Ali Khan Sartip (brigadier)) attempts to stop her mother; and the author asked Tuti Khanum to take her claim to Kirmanshah but she refused to do. Also, the author talks about Haydar ‘Ali Khan Sartip (brigadier)'s request to be sent to Hamadan in order to be further from Tuti Khanum as she will not give up on her claim and will create problems for him.

Payment instruction and affidavit, 1918 and 1929
Two sets of writing on a sheet of paper: Nuzhat al-Dawlah's request that Haji ‘Ali Aqa Kumpani pay seventy tumans to Aqa Mirza ‘Abd al-Husayn, dated May 1, 1918. The second is an inquiry regarding the late Nuzhat al-Dawlah's will written on April 13, 1924, which included the villages of Sis and Malikzadah and has passed the ownership of some properties to the writer and three other people. Will of Hajiyah Aqa, 1868
Hajiyah Aqa, daughter of Asad Allah Khan Shirazi, transfers all her properties to Khadijah Sultan Khanum, daughter of Haji Mirza Muhibb ʻAli Shirazi, provided that Khadijah Sultan Khanum sacrifice a sheep every year on ʻId-i Qurban.
